Shipping Policy

Crownomic operates under a global fulfillment model. Orders are shipped directly from our international manufacturing and fulfillment centers to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Once an order is successfully placed, it is typically processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, the order undergoes processing, quality control, and packaging before being transferred to our shipping partners. Once dispatched, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information will be sent automatically to the email address provided during checkout.

Estimated delivery times generally range from 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, local courier operations, and other logistical factors. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other unforeseen global logistics events.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, Crownomic collects only the purchase price of the products and any applicable shipping charges at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges assessed after shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If a shipment is refused by the recipient, abandoned, returned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities due to the customer's failure to pay applicable customs charges or comply with local import regulations, Crownomic shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses and reserves the right to deny refunds or replacements where permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact details. Crownomic is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
